AIDS

AIDS is the abbreviation for acquired immune deficiency syndrome. It is a disease it which the immune system of the human body is completely broken down, thus rendering the body unable to fight against disease causing organisms that attack it. This organisms cause infection known as opportunistic infections(OI)-diseases caused by taking advantage of a weakened or damaged immune system of the body.
